A BRAND NEW STORY
It's been months since you left the island, but on a late winter night you receive a transmission from Sue. The mimiga on the island have contacted her, and despite being the middle of December, the floating island has been getting progressivly warmer. After nobody in her family believes her, she tells you she's sneaking out with the sky dragon that night to pick you up and head to the island.
The cause of the thermal anomally is unknown, but together the two of you set out to solve and subdue to heat. But upon arriving at the island, you're both immedietly attacked and ransacked by a mysterious golden toad. In unfamiliar territory, it's up to you to uncover the island's burning secrets.
But in trying, you may find the awnser lies deeper within, and that the island still has many dark secrets left untold...
BRAND NEW MOVES
To assist you on the island's many new areas, Quote has a variety of new movement options to utilize. Quote can now run, roll-dodge, high-jump, and even long-jump. From combat to exploration, You'll have a whole arsenel of new techniques to master and perfect.
BRAND NEW CUSTOM WEAPONS
Not long after losing your old weapons, you'll find yourself in the posession of one out of multiple possible starting weapons. From the =KERO BLASTER=, to the =KERO WIDE=, to the =KERO BURNER=, there's a wide range of weapons to experience even when replaying the mod.
More than that, throughout your adventure you'll have the opprotunity to discover and trade for even more original weapons. You'll be able to fine-tune a weapon loadout that works best for your playstyle specifically, picking more offensive weapons, defensive ones, tricky ones, or a mix of all three, two playthroughs can have completly different styles.
BRAND NEW CUSTOM ENEMIES AND BOSSES
Throughout the island are brand new foes to face, from more challenging varients to completly new enemies, every encounter will test you with unfamiliar trials.
On top of that, HEART ABNORMAL features completly custom original boss fights to face off against, with scales not possible in the original game.
